More than 250 exhibitors have confirmed their participation in the Belgrade fair from Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, France, Turkey, Chile, Argentina, California, South Africa, Georgia, and Moldova.

On September 1-4, Belgrade will host the first international wine fair "Wine Vision by Open Balkan." The fair will provide visitors with the opportunity to virtually travel the Balkan wine routes in a unique way, bringing together the region’s best wine producers. As part of the "Open Balkan" initiative, the event will be organized under the patronage of the governments of Serbia, Northern Macedonia, and Albania.

According to the organisers, the aim of the fair is "to celebrate the skill of the top producers of quality wines and promote a unique blend of flavors and aromas that represent the spirit of the Balkans, its geography and wealth of varieties". .

"Since ancient times, the territory of the Balkans has been an open and completely unique area, beneficial for growing vines and therefore, rich in the tradition of the best wines. Geographically diverse, with climatic variations that provides the opportunity to grow the most diverse varieties of grapes, the peoples of the Balkans have always been directed to close cooperation, and similar or same vine cultures in every climate produced high-quality wines for which we are recognized in the world. Likewise, wines made from autochthonous grape varieties, preserved from extinction, are a real treasure and an authentic stamp that speaks of the skill of the wine masters who knew how to preserve the best of their work", , is stated in the press release issued by the organizers..

As the capital of selected wine varieties, Belgrade will bring together at this fair the most important wine producers, winegrowers, oenologists, sommeliers and wine merchants, as well as exhibitors from the most renowned European and world wineries.

More than 250 exhibitors from Serbia, Albania, North Macedonia, as well as Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, France, Turkey, Chile, Argentina, California, South Africa, Georgia, Moldova and other world leaders in wine and viticulture are expected to attend the Belgrade fair.
