Maria-Olguta Petre, 38, has lived in the UK for 7 years and has been studying viticulture and Oenology since 2021 at Plumpton College in Sussex. Passionate about art, travel, literature, film, good food, and obviously wine. When asked “What is your favourite wine?” she always answers: “It depends on the context, the company, and the emood. Generally red, French, Romanian or Eastern European wine, spicy, fruity, complex, a little tannic, telling a story."
