The winery covers an area of 5200 square meters and seems to rise from the earth, respecting a challenging project, but which complements the sensual and attractive landscape of Budureasca wines. At the same time, this modern architectural and engineering solution ensures thermal stability and a very good control of the whole process providing an efficient space for a production and storage capacity of 3.5 million litres of wine per year. The winery has a bottling capacity of up to several thousand bottles per hour. At the same time, it hides a treasure trove of several hundred wooden barrels of all the world’s essences for ageing. Another challenge turned into reality is the creation of a totally separate area where we produce organic wine.
The Budureasca complex is only one hour away from the capital, Bucharest. It has offices, special tasting spaces overlooking the barrel room, as well as a shop for sales and distribution.
It is the ideal place for corporate events and tastings, teambuildings, company parties or private events, courses and workshops. Through these, but also through the love with which we carry the tradition of Romanian wine forward, Budureasca has been involved in the oenoturistic development of the area.
