Liliac Winery, founded in 2010 by Austrian entrepreneur Alfred Michael Beck, has benefited from more than €15 million in investments. Its vineyards are in the picturesque Transylvanian regions of Batos and Lechința. The winery produces 400,000 litres of wine annually on its 52 hectares of vineyards, with a maximum capacity of 600,000 litres.
The 38-hectare Batoș vineyard enjoys dense soil and an ideal climate for complex wines, while the 14-hectare Lechința vineyard offers a unique microclimate that helps preserve acidity and aromatic intensity.
Among the winery’s outstanding ranges are Liliac, Private Selection and Titan, which reflect the specific terroir and passion for excellence. Collaborations with international winemakers such as Willi Opitz and the House of Kracher have created exceptional wines such as Transylvanian Ice Wine.
