Domeniul Vila Dobrusa – Crama Avincis opens its doors for corporate events and professional gatherings, as well as remote work, providing all necessary facilities. Whether you want to present your projects in an unconventional space, hold some meetings without dedicating the entire day to work, or simply escape the city’s hustle for a few days, we recommend exploring the Dobrusa hill, on the estate of the same name in the Dragasani area, where the Avincis winery awaits you with chilled wines, local cuisine, and leisure options.

Domeniul Vila Dobrusa – Crama Avincis is renowned for its exceptional architecture, blending the tradition of the old family mansion with the modernity of the winery, perfectly integrated into the landscape. The entire complex bears the signature of architect Alexandru Beldiman, who has already received several awards for this project. Less known, however, is the Poiana Apostolilor Park, a landscape arrangement by the same architect, harmoniously woven into the scenery—a place where you will certainly want to spend a few hours of relaxation and inspiration.

Accommodation and Team Building at Domeniul Villa Dobrusa – Crama Avincis

For accommodation, Domeniul Vila Dobrusa-Crama Avincis offers 15 rooms (9 double rooms, 4 studios, and 1 two-bedroom apartment), accommodating up to 30 people. Parking spaces are available (one per room or two for mixed occupancy), and there is a room for professional work and meetings with a view of the estate and vineyard, doubling as a tasting and dining room. The work room can be rented between 10 AM and 1 PM and/or 3 PM and 6 PM, thus providing participants with not only work hours but also integral elements of team building such as escaping into nature, resetting the team in a different environment, and a mini-vacation with colleagues. A day of team building is not a day at the office but a day when you want to stay with your colleagues after hours!

Breakfast is included in the accommodation price, and lunch and dinner menus are selected at the time of booking. You can also test your imagination (and skills) at one of the available grills, either near the winery or at the Farm between the Vines kiosk. Coffee breaks with water, tea/coffee, fruits, and pastries can also be reserved.

What about the rest of the time?

Certainly, a few days at Domeniul Vila Dobrusa – Crama Avincis will pass faster than you expect. Besides the already mentioned Poiana Apostolilor Park, you can take walks to the ash tree (among pheasants and butterflies) or on the winery’s paved belt (where you may encounter rabbits, foxes, badgers, or deer), visit the Farm between the Vines or one of the nearby attractions – Dobrusa Hermitage (a UNESCO-protected monument), the Wine and Vine Museum in Dragasani, the monasteries in northern Oltenia or the wooden churches (Horezu, One-Wood Monastery, Arnota, Bistrita, Govora, etc.), the fortified manors at Maldaresti, the ceramic workshops in Horezu – and these are just some of the area’s beauties.

If you prefer to stay closer to the winery, you have at your disposal a court that can be used for tennis (but don’t forget to bring your equipment), mini-football, or basketball, a ping-pong table, or the much-desired swimming pool, where you can relax in the tranquility of a fairytale place, cool off after work or a hot day, and always in the company of wines, some of which have won international awards, served at the right temperature.

We have one piece of advice until the end of summer: taste Cramposia in all its variants, including the Sparkling! We also mention that the Sparkling is made following the Traditional Method, which includes a special barrel aging process for a refined taste. In the evening, when it cools down, don’t forget about a Negru de Dragasani tasted at its home. Or, if you are lucky, you might catch a bottle of Cuvée Valerius Alutus Primus – made from a traditional Romanian variety, carefully and patiently revived for a unique wine produced only by Avincis winery in Romania!

About Avincis:

AVINCIS continues a family story with a passion for wines and well-done work that began in 1927. That year, Maria and Iancu Ramniceanu, appointed as an officer of the Romanian army by Ionel Bratianu, bought a purely neo-Romanian-style mansion in Dragasani, inspired by the architecture of Brancovenesc foundations, surrounded by vineyards.
In 2007, their great-granddaughter Cristiana, along with her husband Valeriu Stoica and their daughter Andreea, returned to the family estate and discovered the miracle of the vineyard, wines, and local traditions.
