A new winery will enter the market this autumn: Via Huși 1415, launching a range of sparkling wines before year-end, a second range next year, and still wines from this year’s harvest.
Gabriel Stoica, Production Director, briefly shared what has happened over the last four years since taking over the former wine complex, what’s next, and how the new producer will position itself on the market. Highlights from the interview:
We’ll have sparkling wines in metal cans; we’re discussing also 200 ml bottles for the HoReCa sector.
We’re launching two ranges of sparkling wine and still wines from this year’s harvest.
The winery holds a collection of 120,000 bottles — part will be available commercially and for tastings
The sparkling wines made using the Charmat method fit any occasion, at any time, on any day.
