Welcome to a new Wines of Romania podcast episode! Today, Marinela Ardelean meets Horia Ban, founder and owner of HB Wine, a new boutique winery in the Minis Vineyard.
Discover a great story that started with wine tastings, discovering and understanding wine, a search for a friendly retreat and ended with building an entire new winery.

Highlights of this episode:

- It is the third harvest of our vineyard, which was 47 years old when we bought it
- There are lots of abandoned vineyards in out area, Miniș is a great area for red wines
- At first, the plan was to only have a half-hectare vineyard
- The merit for the medals we won largely belongs to Clara (Kardos), who made exceptional wines, terroir wines that respect what Miniș area has to offer.
