Paul Badea represents the second generation of the SERVE family. As a young entrepreneur, he believes in the power of wine producers in Romania to associate in order to represent Romanian wine in the world.

Interview highlights:
- We try to understand what sustainability truly means in wine;
- We will soon certify some parcels as organic, it is a process that takes three years;
- The wine public has evolved enormously from 1994 until today;
- Young people consume less and less alcohol, but look for quality;
- We are several producers who collaborate very well (for the promotion of Romanian wine in the world).

The Wines of Romania podcast is inspired by the Deschidem Vinul Românesc / We Open the Romanian Wine program, a national program initiated by Carrefour Romania, dedicated equally to consumers and wine producers in Romania.
