Monica Dinu, Managing Partner Old Team Distribution is a "pure-blooded entrepreneur" who started building her own business in order to preserve her freedom. She doesn't believe in the 8-hours a day schedule.
She started working with wines without understanding the world hidden behind the labels but, after 13 years, she fell in love with wine, and the company now has no less than 70 wineries in its portfolio, from the largest to the smallest.
She says the success of Old Team belongs to the team, which she wants to see transformed from a sales team to a team of consultants, well-trained in the world of wine and spirits, who can really help partners in the hospitality industry.
