Vinarte

It was a privilege for me to taste this wine born 13 years ago, particularly elegant, both in taste and nose. Undoubtedly an exceptional Merlot, with an international character and a successful interpretation of its terroir. A very expressive ruby red, with garnet sparkles, has a dense and impenetrable consistency. Even with the glass still, the wine develops an intense and very fine nose, flooding forest wild berries, blueberries, blackberries and currants. The olfactory bouquet is a very rich and complex one, in which vegetable aromas and spices such as herbs, cinnamon, tobacco leaves, chocolate, white pepper and vanilla cascade one after the other. After a short breath, the balsamic aromas of mint and eucalyptus are developing. Tasting this wine is a special pleasure; it seduces with its velvety notes of fruit and its noble and round tannins. We could recognize a slight sensation of “earthy smell” due to the mineral notes that are felt towards the finish. Memorable taste, pure emotion.
