Straw-yellow, crystalline and bright. Fresh aromas of elderflowers, white cherries, green nuts, and citrus. Medium structure and body, round and juicy taste, with good acidity and a short to medium young wine finish, fresh and refreshing, dominated by dried fruits and wildflowers. Still a bit green, it will most likely evolve and gain roundness, if kept in the cellar for another year.
