Gratitude is the only wine in the Minima Moralia collection that is not a blend, using 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. A wine with a great personality, well supported by the tannins which will continue to integrate during the bottle ageing process. A reference Cab in the history of this variety in Romania: intense, complex, dense, but at the same time refined, elegant, noble. Wide range of flavours, from earthy and leaf notes to black and red berries, with a bit of jam and iodine in the side notes. [93/100 points]
