Shy notes of the rose preserve, tiny ripe berries, butter, a poriferous odour, with hints of Bourbon vanilla and white pepper, over a background touched by the young wood of the barrel. This wine has a mature fruity character, with smooth tannins. Once tasted, it reveals a defined muscular body built upon a delicate structure. The ending is like the take-off an acrobatic fight.
