Straw-yellow, with golden hues. Dominant aromas of orchard fruits – apricots, plums, apples, quinces – with discreet floral accents of summer wildflowers and dried grass. Generous body and structure, fleshy and extractive. Round taste, defined by freshness and authenticity. Medium finish, with sweet and citrus notes. Not necessarily a typical wine for this variety, but clearly a good wine to serve by the glass, in a restaurant, by itself or in food pairings.
