Straw-yellow, with golden-greenish hues. Not very typical for its variety but, on the other hand, full of personality (which makes for many of its points). The fruity-floral aromas seem to dominate the ensemble but, after a breather, the mineral notes of limestone and flint become more apparent. In taste, it proves to be very friendly, with great drinkability, the supple body and the acidity of young wine, making it perfectly suitable as a gastronomic wine.
