Straw-yellow with greenish hues, crystalline and bright. Complex and intense aromas of fresh flowers and fruits – pears, bananas, mangoes, acacia, and cherry blossoms. The average structure and body fit well with the vivid acidity. Balanced and harmonious taste, with mineral accents and still green accents hiding among those of juicy orchard fruits. Not a very long finish, but this may make the wine easier to drink it young, although the general feeling is that the wine that promises a beautiful evolution. Check it again in 2-3 years, I expect it to be surprising.
