Golden-yellow, crystalline and bright. Warm notes of linden flowers tea, apricots, yellow apples and wildflowers. The taste is still evolving, with slight traces of yeasts, but full of typicality – yellow fruit doubled by floral accents, an acidity finely tuned with the medium structure and body of the wine. A wine that I would have liked to see in its filtered version, but which – in this version – deserves recognition for the raw (but not brutal) interpretation of the variety.
