Straw-yellow, with golden and green hues, crystalline and bright. Fresh aromas of recently mowed hay, wildflowers, acacia honey, honeycomb, elderflower tea, yellow plums and not very ripe apricots. The taste is not very intense, nor complicated, being closer to a friendly and easy to drink wine. Medium and rather discreet finish, with accents of fresh almonds and orchard fruits.
