Cramele Recaș

A unique and engaging experience to find out more about the great skills of Cramele Recaş. Outstanding research and a pinch of Italian inspiration: the production methods used in the birth of Amarone-like wines are partially followed in this wine production. An intense ruby red that matches strength and elegance: visually, you already know you face a wine rich in extract. It shows the excellent breadth and an incredible sequence of nuances: raspberries, leather, forest floor, musk, truffles, figs, dates, dried hay, chestnut honey, plums… Expansive and full-bodied, intense, but still soft. It is persuasive and caresses the palate thanks to the ripeness of its tannins. No sensation has the upper hand over the others, so a wine already in perfect harmony. Long, warm finish, with hints of licorice and berries. To get the most out of this wine, you need a little patience and follow its never-ending evolution in the glass. For this reason, I suggest you use a beautiful large-base glass.
