Ruby-red, with slightly garnet hues. After breathing for at least 15 minutes, in a wide-opening glass, it develops mature aromas of caramel, raisins, forest berries in jams, cocoa and milk chocolate. Intense and complex taste, elegant, with strong personality. Excellent balance between acidity, sweet sensations and tannins. Long and reverberant finish, dominated by black cherries. Try it with a dark chocolate ice cream.
