Intense straw-yellow. Aromas initially dominated by yeasts, due to its freshness, but, after a short aeration, there are notes of citrus, lime, elderflowers, with vegetable and mineral accents. Medium finish, with hints of lemon blossoms and gooseberries. Not necessarily an easy to drink or very typical wine, but an interesting one, with a good personality. Needs to be revisited after a few months of bottle aging.
