Well-ripened black fruits – blackberries, currants, dried and smoked plums – along with peppers, smoke, cloves, paprika, raisins and vanilla. Powerful taste, just as complex, dominated by well-ripened berries, with fine tannins, perfectly integrated and a long finish, with hints of cocoa, espresso foam and spices. A true recital of this insufficiently known and exploited variety. [93 points]
