Straw-yellow with golden hues. Floral notes with subtle aromas of honey and well-ripened orchard fruits. A complex taste, with notes of acacia, white flowers, sweet apples, white apricots and a mineral touch that gives freshness to an ensemble well supported by acidity. It had a fantastic evolution in the bottle and an expression that highlights both the variety’s virtues and the love – obvious and declared – Emanuele Reolon, the winery oenologist, has for Mustoasa de Maderat.
