How to achieve success in just three months
Minis Terrios winery is a small family winery, founded in 2013 in Chişinău. The winery’s recent history has all the ingredients of a successful story: it all started out of the blue, from a sketch on a napkin. The know-how was one of the founders’, Dan Prisăcaru, recently returned from France, where he had been studying winemaking in Dijon, in Bourgogne.
Three months of hard work followed, seasoned with passion and determination. As they did not possess a vineyard, the grapes – the key factor, as they’d say – came from somewhere else. The success among the connaisseurs and the local public of the first wine – Merlot Minis Terrios 2013 – made the owners plant their own vineyard. Thus, with a little help from the hazard, the first wine obtained from their own grapes should be ready in 2017.
The Minis Terrios – Merlot 2013, Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 and Rosé 2014 – are available in some selected wine bars and restaurants in Chişinău, in the online wine outlet wine.md, as well as directly from the producers, in Vinăria Minis Terrios in Chişinău.
