Light yellow, with green hues. Aromas divided between the fruity side – white currants, plums, apples – and the floral one, of dried acacia and elderberry flowers. Intriguing taste, it seems that the two varieties should spend a little more time together to integrate and together add to the relatively short finish. Acidity and alcohol are perfectly integrated, relatively balancing the aromatic division.
