Light straw-yellow. Slightly atypical aromas of juicy fruits, with a lot of pulp, with fewer herbaceous and floral notes than the average wine made of this variety in the Dealu Mare region. Instead, what seems to be lost in the absence of these notes, is compensated by a significant mineral vein which, doubled by the above average acidity, gives freshness and originality. It looks like a fine “chewable wine”, but it quickly proves its excellent drinkability.
