A Sauvignon Blanc in which, alongside typical bell pepper notes, floral notes of elderflower and white flowers are found, along with warm notes of well-ripened citrus and orchard fruits. The body is rather supple, a sensation given by the lively acidity. Medium, complex finish, with refreshing sensations.
