This rosé has the temperament of a red wine. Bright pink with a delicacy reminiscent of onion flimsies. The odour is nevertheless strong, complex and intoxicating: candied fruits, hazelnuts, almonds, dried rosehip, caramelized Macadamia nuts The taste is much more softer than the fragrance, as the caramel start turns inside the glass into a flowery freshness of wild red roses. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter like an apricot kernel. This is definitely the summer rosé for the red wine lover.
