Pinot Noir is a wine that can sing any tune. Our glass of Corcova Pinot Noir has a ruby color, and reddish hues like the forests lit by the autumn sun. Maturation in oak barrels led to an expressive wine, full of concentrated aromas, spices and herbs, with notes of berries, raspberries and black currants. Its taste is intense, slightly spicy, with a well-balanced structure and a lively acidity. It delights us at the end with a harmonious concert, in which the tannins are soft and subtle, but at the same time, with a strong character. The finish is exceptionally long, and for full enjoyment of this wine, I strongly recommend a glass with a deep bowl and a wide opening.
