A “gateway” wine, for initiation into the world of organic wine, born from care for the land and for the ecosystem of a vineyard. It is a wine in which the grassy notes of the Sauvignon blanc are rounded off by the fruity ones of Riesling, and a touch of minerality specific to the calcareous subsoil of Murfatlar adds to the complexity of the ensemble. It can be confidently placed next to grilled Danube fish or a Dobrogea fresh cheese pie. The wine was produced exclusively for the Deschidem Vinul Romanesc / We Open the Romanian Wine program developed by Carrefour Romania.
