Golden-yellow, crystalline and bright, with fine and constant, creamy, not very persistent pearlage. Flavors reminiscent of a classic Champagne sparkling wine: yeast, butter, croissant, toast, hazelnuts, and freshly roasted seeds. It’s probably better to taste from a wider glass than from a flute, in order to thoroughly enjoy all the flavors.
