A play between colours and flavours, at sight is presented with a pale salmon pink and beautiful luminous reflections. It smells of fragrant notes of red fruit intact, where cherry and raspberry predominate and blend with hints of herbs, geranium, and a beautiful touch of pomegranate. Dried fruit and mineral salts make it very interesting. Round and pleasant, prevail feelings of morello cherry and spices. A rosé, of remarkable silkiness and impeccable delicacy, is a very refined cashmere. In the mouth, it is robust, dry, with a wild and “earthy” texture that continues with sheer persistence.
The minerality is flanked by a hint of harmonic acidity and a persuasive play of “sparkling” that makes this rosé wine extraordinary, decidedly exclusive, and with an elegant personality.
