Crepuscul
2012

Liliac

Crepuscul (Twilight) is the Romanian name for the time interval before sunrise or after sunset, characterized by the persistence of light on the horizon due to the diffusion of sunlight in the upper terrestrial atmosphere. I was told that during this time, after sunset, in a diligent search for a name for this special newborn, they decided to call it Crepuscul. An intense ruby red, with mineral aromas mixed with notes of berries, plums, cocoa and cloves. A warm and fragrant bouquet, with a rich finish, reminding of blackberries, raspberries and vanilla shades earned from aging in oak barrels. The taste has a fresh feeling, finesse and balance. With an elegant structure and a delicate complexity, this is one of the wines that should not be missing from our selection of red wines in the cellar.
