As copiously structured as a red wine. There is a story-like complicity between this variety and the time spent ageing inside the bottle. Frisky notes of grass, Williams pears, yellow plums, mirabelles, pepperoni, apples and a hint of lime. This wine has an avocado creaminess (and a touch of bitterness, too), spread onto a pale, greenish-yellow. Chapter after chapter, it has no finale, but awakens new sensations, some of them one would have never imagined.
