Dark ruby with garnet touches. The olfactory photo of this wine makes one think of a secret encounter at a castle, beyond time and space. A fruity character, generous with spices, reveals flavours of sour cherries, rose preserve, leather, tobacco, nutmeg and black pepper. The taste is softer than the bouquet anticipates. Tender and rewarding, it has, nevertheless, an ample structure and an untamed identity. The smooth tannins and the delicate green touches open towards a long and rebellious aftertaste, which remains in our memories.
