Intense ruby red. Soft in the beginning, this wine slowly opens towards bolder sensations, as captivating as watching a ballerina practicing. From the aromas palette, one first notices the red berries and the smooth fraises des bois, the black cherries, the ripe redcurrant and the frosted plums. A couple of seconds after, the taste matures, with traces of sun-dried tomatoes, discrete tobacco and smoky notes. The cinnamon oversees this choreography of flavours and makes sure the performance stays remarkable and rewarding.
