The Novac harvest of 2007 may be compared with a secluded and little known gem. Dark ruby colour with garnet hues, this wine reminds us of berries, raspberries and blackcurrants. The flavour is deep, round and wide. With a perfectly balanced structure and a crisp acidity, it does entertain us eventually with a harmonious symphony of taste; tannins are soft and slightly tense.
