Red gold colour, with caramel hues, this wine shows complex aromas of chocolate, caramel tea, chestnut honey, red pepper, candied fruit and dried flowers. Wide structure, an athletic body and some barely felt astringency. Friendly taste, with good collaboration between acidity and fruit extract. A long finish, with a touch of apricot kernels and slightly oxidized tones. Serve it in a wide-bottomed glass and be patient with it, the longer it stays in the glass the better it expresses itself.
