An assortment of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc matured in new oak barrels for 6 months. The wine is golden-yellow, with yellow fruit flavors (pear, muskmelon) and spices, complex, with a good balance between body and acidity, long-lasting vanilla aftertaste, and a rare minerality. A wine that, properly kept, will gain in complexity in the coming years.
