We first meet a compact and tense wine, yet soon we encounter a magnificently open wine with mature fruit flavours, spices, toasted touches, figs, and liquorice aromas. Generous, with supple tannins and a fleshy structure, “Curtea Regala” eventually exhibits delicate notes of nutmeg and chocolate.
